I bring 27 years of in-depth program, analytics and technology experience in Health Plan Quality measurement, having held individual contributor, consulting, and leadership positions within a myriad of health plans and EQROs.

As your consultant and ally, I provide guidance and time-tested solutions to solve your Quality Program pain including increasing the education around measurement systems (e.g., HEDIS®) and the creation of Best-In-Class processes, systems and teams.

I hold a B.S. in Information Technology Management; an M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and am an NCQA Certified HEDIS® auditor.
